Title
Priming for neutralising antibody responses in rabbits by electroporation of HIV env and gag DNA, boosting with virus-like particles.
Description
CAVD 315 is a preclinical rabbit study investigating several prime-boost regimens in which plasmid DNA (HIV gag) or env gp160 and gp41 proteins were boosted with mimotope from the env gp41 region with cholera toxin B as an immune stimulator.
