More mAb data improvements

New MAb Info pane gives you a summary of your mAbs and a quick link to mAb metadata!

We're continuing to refine and add to the new mAb data feature. Here are a few of the things we've been working on:

  • New mAb pages in Learn (Figures 1 and 2),
  • New MAb Info pane (Figure 3),
  • Info links from the MAb Info pane to the mAb and study pages in Learn (Figure 4).

Figure 1: New mAb section in Learn

Go to Learn > MAbs. Select a mAb or mAb mixture to find more details.

Figure 2: New pages for each mAb in Learn

Find additional details about the mAbs, including what studies tested the mAb and whether there is data available for that mAb in the DataSpace. The mAb pages also include a link to the Los Alamos National Lab (LANL) Antibody Database for more information.

Figure 3: The mAb grid and new MAb Info pane

Filter mAbs in the grid using the MAb/Mixture column. The counts in the MAb Info pane (e.g. for mAbs/mAb mixtures, studies, and viruses) will reflect the filters applied to the grid.

Check the box next to the mAb names to select mAbs you want to view in the reports.

The neutralizing antibody assay data for mAbs in the grid can be exported in CSV (in a zip file) or Excel formats.

Figure 4: Info links to mAb and study pages in Learn

The Info link next to the mAbs and studies in the MAb Info pane links you to the mAb and study pages in Learn for quick reference. When you hover over a mAb name (or study) in the MAb Info pane, the red info link should pop up. Click it to go directly to the mAb's page in Learn.

This is a work in progress, so send us your feedback. Just click the Give Feedback button at the top of the page or email us at [email protected].

What's next for the mAb data?

There are several recent studies evaluating the pharmacokinetics (PK) of broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) after infusion into subjects. We are working with the statisticians at VISC to incorporate the PK data from these studies into the DataSpace. Should be an exciting new feature. Stay tuned!
