Sample size calculation for CAVD 641

Here, we illustrate a sample size calculation using data from the CAVD DataSpace. In this study, our objective was to estimate sample size for a SOSIPv4.1 trimer vaccine study, CAVD 641, comparing the following adjuvants: Alum-3M052, administered via subcutaneous and intramuscular routes, versus GLA-LSQ administered via the intramuscular route. Results from CAVD 434/AUP 567

Using data available in the DataSpace, VISC statisticians, Bryan Mayer and Jimmy Fulp, generated a new report reproducing the CAVD 434/AUP 567 study results published in the May 2017 issue of the Journal of Virology. The report provides a brief tutorial showing how they used DataSpaceR to access and analyze the CAVD 434 data.
