Now with HVTN studies ... and investigators!

We are excited to announce that the HIV Vaccine Trials Network (HVTN) has joined the CAVD DataSpace as a contributing network!

To further enrich this shared resource, the HVTN is contributing study information and data from HVTN studies — adding to the over 250 studies conducted under the Collaboration for AIDS Vaccine Discovery (CAVD).

What HVTN studies are included?

We're just getting started putting in the HVTN study pages and processing data for a few studies. Here's what you'll see in the DataSpace for HVTN studies right now:

• Study pages for all HVTN studies - We added a study page for each HVTN study with basic information such as the study title, links to publications, Study Investigator and Protocol Team Leader contacts, and a link to the study record in clintrials.gov. We'll be adding treatment and assay schedules, products and product descriptions, what assays were performed, and other study details in the future (like we have for CAVD studies).

• Study assay data for HVTN 505 - We've loaded BAMA, ICS, and NAb data from HVTN 505 — a Phase IIb trial of a VRC DNA/Ad5 vaccine prime-boost regimen — that you can explore. We've also started processing data for HVTN 097 and HVTN 100, which evaluated ALVAC-HIV and protein vaccine prime-boost regimens, similar to the regimen studied in RV144. Data for HVTN 097 and HVTN 100 should be available soon and more study data will be loaded in the future.
