MAb data? You betcha!

Take a sneak peak at what we've got planned!

The DataSpace team has been busy processing the neutralizing antibody data from monoclonal antibody (mAb) screening and characterization studies. We aim to have mAb data available in DataSpace for exploration by late summer/early fall.

Here's a mock-up of the new mAb section we are developing for the DataSpace.

Using this summary view, you'll be able to:

  • select specific mAbs and mAb combinations of interest
  • compare neutralization curves and heatmaps for those mAbs tested against different viruses, and
  • export detailed (per concentration) neutralization data for further analysis

There's still time to join the mAb NAb data working group.

If you have experience (and/or an interest) in mAb nAb data and would like to participate in the working group, contact [email protected].
