Monoclonal antibody data now available!

Check out the new mAb section!

We've standardized and compiled neutralizing antibody data across monoclonal antibody characterization studies - about 25 studies so far.

Using the new mAb interface in DataSpace, you'll be able to:

  • select specific mAbs and mAb combinations of interest,
  • compare neutralization curves and heatmaps for mAbs tested against different viruses, and
  • export detailed (per concentration) neutralization data for further analysis

Give it a try!

Step 1: Select mAbs of interest

Step 2: View neutralization curve and titer heatmap reports

Step 3: Export data for further analysis

What's next?

We're continuing to refine and add to this new feature. Here are a few of the things we're working on:

  • MAb Info section tracking the number of mAbs, viruses, and studies in your filters, similar to the Active Filters for subject-level data
  • links to the mAb study pages in Learn for quick reference
  • mAb pages in Learn where you can see additional details about the mAbs

This is a work in progress, so send us your feedback. Just click the Give Feedback button at the top of the page or email us at [email protected].

There's still time to join the mAb nAb data working group.

The working group will discuss topics such as:

  • How can we complement and link to existing tools and resources (e.g. CATNAP, CombiNAber, bNABer)?
  • What mAb properties and metadata should be standardized across tools and how?
  • Now that we have mAb data compiled, what analyses should be conducted?

If you have experience (and/or an interest) in mAb nAb data and would like to participate in the working group, contact [email protected].
