DataSpaceR
As an alternative to the export feature in the Grid, we’ve created an R package that simplifies access to the DataSpace database. DataSpaceR is a custom version of the Rlabkey API that allows users to programmatically access specified datasets using R, a programming language for statistical computing and graphics. VISC invites HIV vaccine networks to join the DataSpace
The long-term goal for the DataSpace is to encompass research conducted across multiple HIV vaccine networks. What's new in the DataSpace - May 2016
When plotting assay data over time (e.g. by study days, weeks, or months), you have the option of plotting time as a continuous or categorical variable. Plotting time as a continuous variable shows a simple, clean distribution of data over time, whereas, plotting time as a categorical variable results in individual boxplots for each visit in Plot, which can make it easier to compare responses between visits.
